The Kridzil Team looks forward to welcoming you to the Sunny South Coast for a family-friendly getaway. Before you pack the car and head out, please take a moment to look through some information that you may need to know, prior to your arrival:
Wi-Fi facilities are available for guests' use in all Units. Use of the Wi-Fi facilities is free.
Units are serviced daily, with the exception of Sundays and Public Holidays. Kindly notify Reception should you not require housekeeping services.
Laundry services are available from Tuesday to Thursday at a nominal fee. Kindly arrange with Reception or the Housekeeper should you require laundry services.
Kindly take note that the aircons are prepaid at a nominal fee of R25.00 per day or R100.00 for a full week. Please visit Reception to arrange.
Please also note that we do require a R500.00 cash refundable breakage deposit that needs to be paid on Arrival.
This will then be refunded on your departure date within office hours as soon as the Housekeeper has checked the inventory before you leave.
We will also require a copy of your confirmation letter or guest certificate from the club with whom you made the booking, the Resort will not be allowed to grant you access should you not present this confirmation on arrival.
Please advise your expected arrival time as our Reception does not operate 24 hours and we may have to arrange to leave the keys with Security.
Check-in procedures: In the interest of safety, security and ensuring that only confirmed guests are allowed access to the Resort, you will be required to produce a Reservation Confirmation when checking-in to the Resort. Check-in time: 16:00 | Check-out time: 10:00
